for each new problem, post a new topic about it so it may be dealt with in an effective manner searchable by others with the same problem.

Describe in as much detail as possible your specific situation, including system specs (CPU, RAM, Video Card, HDD space, Etc if applicable)
What programs are open when you get the message, If your computer boots in normal/safe mode, etc. Basically the more detail you provide, the better chances you have of a successful fix being provided.

For more in depth discussion on blue screens and what causes them. they are normally located in the %systemroot%\minidump folder.
